Warranty Terms and Conditions

The warranty is valid exclusively for products manufactured under the brand label JB or Just Bags and is applicable for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase. Products that do not carry the JB or Just Bags branding are not covered under this warranty.

Please note that the warranty does not apply to women's handbags, sling bags, wallets, or any other products made from artificial leather, foam, leatherette, or faux leather, even if they are branded JB or Just Bags.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchase invoice must be presented. Claims without a valid invoice will not be accepted.

The warranty covers repairs for manufacturing defects specifically related to zippers and stitching.

Damages arising from improper care, rough handling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

In rare cases involving genuine manufacturing defects, Savla Creations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the product at its sole discretion. All decisions made by Savla Creations Pvt. Ltd. regarding warranty claims are final and binding.

All legal matters arising out of warranty claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, India.
